Tow schoolgirls were shot dead in Logar Province 13.06.2007 Bilal Basharat from Kabul Two schoolgirls were shot dead and six others wounded as unidentified gunmen fired at students on their way home from a school in central Afghanistan on Tuesday. The accident took place in the centre of Logar province as the students were heading towards their homes at about 12:00 P.M, Logar Crimes Branch chief Col. Qudratullah Aziz told AfghanMania . "This accident happened when two gunmen riding a motorcycle opened fire on Naswane Fatima School in Saed Habib center of Logar Province while the students and teachers were leaving" He added. The criminals escaped from the spot, but police found their motorcycle and police is in search of the criminals of this incident, Aziz included. The Ministry of interior and Education has condemned the killing of the schoolgirls in separate statements issued on Tuesday. Hanif Atmar minister of Education has condemned this accident and called the killers as the enemies of the Wisdom.
