BREAKING NEWS: US open fire on civilians in Khair Khana District 29.05.2006 Tolo TV: Earlier this morning US Military vehicles were involved in a major car pile up in the Khair Khana district of Kabul resulting in at least 8 deaths. Witnesses have indicated that shots were fired soon after as crowds started approaching US and Afghan forces. Another 2 individuals were apparently killed as a result of this shootout. Angry crowds then attacked shops and passing vehicles. TOLO TV cameraman and reporter were on the first on the scene, with reports and footage of the incident as it evolved and will continue to report on developments through out the day. << | >> |
