Air Arabia now flies to Afghanistan / Kabul 08.05.2006 Dubai: Launching its second new destination this month, Air Arabia, the first low-fares airline in the Middle East and North Africa, made its first flight to Kabul on Thursday in a landmark event for Afghanistan. The delegation led by Air Arabia's chairman was welcomed in Kabul by Afghan Minister of Transport Enaytullah Qasimi. Air Arabia's Chairman, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Mohammad Al Thani said: "Air Arabia is delighted to commence flights to Kabul. We will continue to link to more new destinations and give more and more people better options to travel across this region. "We look forward to developing stronger links between the UAE and Afghanistan and especially to help to rebuild the economy with increased business and leisure travelers to Kabul."
