President Karzai Presents His New Cabinet to the Parliament  23.03.2006 Arg, Kabul – H.E. Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, through a Presidential Decree based on chapter 11 article 64 and provisions 71 and 72 and the second chapter of article 161 of the constitution of Afghanistan has appointed the new cabinet. Also, based on chapter 12 article 64 and provisions 117 & 118 and second chapter of article 161 of the constitution of Afghanistan has appointed members of the Supreme Court of Afghanistan and presented both lists to the parliament.The list of the Cabinet: H.E.
