Security of Gas Pipe Line Via Afghanistan Controllable 28.12.2005 The security situation of Turkmenistan gas pipeline via Afghanistan to Pakistan is controllable. In a report sent by the Asian Development Bank to the Mine and Industries Ministry it said security of gas pipeline via Afghanistan is controllable. In the 8th session of Mines and Industry Ministries of the aforementioned countries the ADB was assigned to assess security of the pipeline. The expenditure of this project is estimated about $3 billions creating $300 million yearly income to Afghanistan. It is due that the 9th session of the aforementioned countries will be held in Ishqabad, Turkmenistan next month. << | >> |
