Most of my family and almost every family that lives outside Afghanistan can relate to the story. I also have read the book (The Kite Runner) and I think the director's done a great job on creating the movie version. Very thouching and in no way will it becomes boring. This movie kept me interested at all times and I cried several time during this emotionally charged movie. Players did a great job, especially two little kids playing as Amir and Hasan. I love how they brought to life the suffering of humanity in that part of the world. This movie can help poeple who never traveld abroad to get a sence of other people's life. If you care for humanity and love to know about different cultures go see it, you won't regret it.

aw u cried well neither i watch the movie nor read the book but if its available here then definitly i will watch it 

I dont knwo if they will be able to show it ther in Afghanistan . Too much conterversy about it ! 

I saw the movie and i have to say it´s not bad. 1-6, 1 is perfect and 6 is just absurd, I give this movie just 3 points. 

I heared in an radio interview from an official that they are going to show this movie later but after censoring some offensive stuff and importing DVD's of this film is illegal to com in Afghanistan so will be waiting till i cna watch it

I heard that they are not going to show it at all . . .and the two litlle boys who played the part has been relacated somewhere in saudi for safety.

But the movie is very good . .  so enjoy!
