Mariage Culture and Traditions in Afghanestan

I need to know what is the meaning of Court Mariage in Afghanestan. I am a muslim girl from the Middle East and the Court Marriage is a little bit confusing for me. Also I want to Know what are the Man Obligations as well as the Women obligations
