I am going to write a science-fiction novel that details life in Afghanistan in the far future. I think I’m going to name it More Than After. It will be my third novel.
What do you all think the future of Afghanistan will be like? Your ideas can really help me understand what the Afghan community wants to see in the future in Afghanistan.

i think that afghanistan’s future well be better if our people have a little pity on their home land and pay attention on their homeland and place of birth so if our people be united and aware of everything about their country after that afghanistan will have a better future!

1. I think we have been divided too much, beyond repaire. In my opinion the future do not look as good as it should.
2. nothing is done without gods welling and mankind effort “i would love to see afghanistan better then any country in the world”.

Thank you for your comment. I will work that into the story: that the people should have pride in their country and feel its worth strongly. I’ll try to show a main character who builds this in the people.

I agree, the dividing of people is such a bad thing in Afghanistan. In the story, Afghanistan will become a force that will be not only be economically and culturally powerful, but spiritually strong. I have an affection for the mystic past of Afghanistan: Rumi, Bidel, and Amir Khusro. I want to see that mystic feeling appear once again in my book.
